Terms of Service

We consider you our valued client, but you are not our patient. Before any image session, you will need to be currently under the care of a medical professional and provide us with your caregiver’s information.

At Before Birth 4D Imaging, we do not collect any medical diagnostic information. Our goal is to produce the best pictures possible of your baby for entertainment purposes only. PLEASE NOTE: THIS ULTRASOUND DOES NOT TAKE THE PLACE OF ANY ULTRASOUND YOUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL MAY REQUIRE. We don’t look for any anomalies or take any measurements. We may however, on occasion, contact your care giver. We also have a long standing relationship with a Board-Certified Radiologist who is available for our consultations when necessary.

Appointment times:
Your image session is scheduled to start at your appointed time. Please be prepared to bring your caregiver information to your appointment. Allow a couple of minutes prior to your session time to fill out all necessary paperwork. In an effort to provide the highest quality of service as possible, your session will not be extended if you arrive late.

Payment Options:
Paying online with PayPal is the easiest way to pay. But, if you prefer to pay during your scheduled appointment, please contact me by email indicating your preference. You may also write a note to me in the “notes area” in your scheduling appointment window notifying me of your preference.

Refund policy:
We will make every effort to provide the highest quality images as possible and to make your experience a truly unforgettable one. Many uncontrollable factors come into play when performing an ultrasound, which may affect the quality of the image. These can include, but not necessarily be limited to the position of the baby, the mother’s hydration level, the position of the placenta, and the amount of amniotic fluid. We have special tricks and techniques that help aid us in the ability to acquire great pictures. However, we cannot guarantee your baby will cooperate. We do not offer refunds. But, if the images are not of a quality acceptable to the technician, you will be invited back to our facility at NO CHARGE.

Cancellation policy:
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours or more, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within less than a 48 hour period of your appointment time, you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you reschedule, we will credit back to you $25.00 (half) of your cancellation fee and apply it toward your newly scheduled session.
